With Cuyahoga County in the middle of the biggest corruption scandal in our history, and the economy still reeling from the recession, the stakes have never been higher for the 2010 elections.
Mayor FitzGerald is the only candidate with both investigative experience in fighting corruption, and administrative experience as a chief executive, having served as both a FBI Special Agent, and as mayor of the county's second largest suburb.
By creating a more efficient county government, making
investments in the economic growth sectors of the future, and partnering with
other elements of government and the private sector, county government can
emerge as a major force in creating jobs and stimulating economic development
with Ed FitzGerald as our first County Executive.
